Co-Q10 & Fatigue

 In Uncategorized

Co-Q10 is a vitamin-like substance present in most human cells and is responsible for the production of the body’s own energy. A Japanese study of coenzyme Q10 (Co-Q10) studied its effects on physical fatigue. Seventeen participants were randomly given 300 mg/day of Co-Q10 or a placebo.*

For 8 days, subjects performed workload trials on a bicycle for set hours and maximum speeds. The researchers found that oral intake of coenzyme Q10 improved subjective fatigue sensation and physical performance during fatigue-inducing workload trials and might prevent unfavorable conditions as a result of physical fatigue.

Co-Q10 (300 mg) is available as part of Viteyes® Complete, a premium multivitamin for all-in-one eye and full body health. Visit viteyes.com for more information.
